Evaluation of pupils’ academic and behavior is the personality evaluation of students based on teachers’ the understanding, familiarization, analysis, and summary from their educational activities. Evaluation of pupils’ academic and behavior is one of the most important components of teaching process; it is the guideline of the teaching process in a period of time or one semester. With the reform of new teaching system advanced gradually, the importance of Evaluation of pupils’ academic and behavior is increasingly prominent. For students in primary school, they have lacking of ability on self-evaluation and self-restrict, having the personality and targeted evaluation not only helps them to determine their learning goals, but also helps them to enhance their confidence of learning. In contrast, students will react negatively, even ignore the evaluation teachers give to them, let matters drift; Traditional students evaluation has already not suit for the new teaching system, therefore, it is necessary to improve the student’s evaluation in primary school immediately. It is pleasure to see the changes of students’ evaluation in Jin Tang: diversified forms, personality contents, kind and warm words. However, due to exam-oriented education, class size, and other restricted factors in practical time, the old style has not been replaced completely, excessive use of document reviews lead to comment form, content, language, action of a single, identical, lack of pertinence, and it is not beneficial to develop various educational fictions.This paper is the text analysis of collection the 220 Evaluation of pupils’ academic and behavior from five primary schools in Jin Tang, from four aspect to analysis: form, content, word, and effect. Under the new teaching system, by using the theory of multiple intelligence and the theory of multiple assessment, proposes that teacher need to understand and distinguish the difference between the concept of “comment” and the concept of “appraisal” in the Evaluation of pupils’ academic and behavior. Teacher should correctly understand the nature of intelligence and intellectual perspectives, teachers should have their own advanced values; they should treat students in an approbatory and active way. Also it is teachers’ jobs to discover students’ specialty and strengthens. Meanwhile, they are responsible to notice the individual difference in students’ developing process. Establishing portfolio assessment to record students’ the process of development comprehensively is for students to evaluate themselves subjectively and objectively, so that we can achieve the self-education of students and the principal status of evaluation.At the same time, Evaluation of pupils’ academic and behavior not only is the tool to evaluate student’s behavior, but also it is the effective educational tool through the whole primary school. It will promote student to get used to have self-evaluation, and it will play a positive role help student to have self-awareness.
