When Learning in regular classes becomes the main form of the special education development in our country. Many researchers aimed at improving the quality of Learning in regular classes. However,as an effective support system,resources classroom program,attracting more and more attention from the special education staffs.This research is based on the operation of resource room program of Learning in regular classes in the city of Chengdu. According to the function of resources classroom program, on the basis of investigation and Analysis on schools of Chengdu which carried out resource classroom program, thesis selected 12 schools from different regions of Chengdu,which have established resource classrooms, through inquiry and reveals of resource cases help us know deeper, more systemic, more scientific to understand resource classroom program operation.Results showed that, the function of resources classroom hardware facilities needs to be upgraded; resource teachers need to be more professional, Evaluation mechanism is not perfect enough, school support is insufficient; The implementation of laws and regulations did not guaranteed, special funds is not put into effect. According to the problem,the author put forward some advices one the operation of the resource rooms of Learning in regular classes: Training resources teachers in professional way. Establishing and improving the mechanism of performance evaluation. Mobilizing the enthusiasm of the whole school. Broaden the ways of seeking help. Transparenting special funding of laws and regulations, Promoting resources development of resource classroom program.
