With the rapid development of the times, more and more psychological problems emerge from the students in primary school, and also caused the attention of academic and educational circles. Primary school Chinese plays an important role in various disciplines, and reading teaching is the focus of Chinese teaching in primary school. Therefore, psychological health education into primary school Chinese reading is not only anachronistic, but also help promote the development and harmony both in their mental and physical health.This paper mainly analyzed and discussed the infiltration of mental health education in the teaching of primary school Chinese reading in the following steps:The introduction part mainly contains the origin, the significance, methods and contents of the research.The second part mainly studies the factors related theory between the primary school Chinese reading and mental health education. Through the inductive analysis of the concept、purpose、research contents and methods, the author provide the analysis to the feasibility of the mental health.The third part: according to the reality in educational activities, analyzes the status quo existing students and teachers in the education of mental health in the reading teaching, and analyzes the reasons for the existence of the status quo.The fourth part: according to the analysis of the reasons, the author provide two ways to permeate the psychological health education in the classroom instruction and the extracurricular activity. According to the analysis of the reasons, puts forward the teaching permeate the psychological health of five strategies of Chinese reading in primary school.This paper provide the approaches and strategies to permeate healthy education in primary school teaching reading, Trains the students’ good mental quality in the reading teaching, provide a guiding value of the theory reference to help the teachers in the reading teaching, provide new standards for the school in education and practice, and provide a certain reference value for the relevant research of infiltrating mental health education in the teaching of reading.
