In the elementary school language classroom incentive problems of evaluation and improvementClass changes implemented more than ten years, a new understanding of the broad masses of teachers of primary school Chinese curriculum and interpretation, in under the guidance of curriculum concept, set up the new concept of teachers and students. Teachers’ professional and personal growth and improving the efficiency of classroom teaching is also follow, the result of fruition. Therefore, this paper discusses the elementary school language classroom in encouraging evaluation problems and improvement is of great significance.Based on the practice of understanding to the elementary school language classroom observation and data access in encouraging evaluation problems in use.
