Study On Learning Performance Evaluation Of Learning Organization In Web Environment

Compared to traditional learning organizations, learning organization in web environment presents more complexity in learning performance, which includes both organization and individual performances. In order to gain the expected performances, learning organization needs to develop performance evaluation, integrates the evaluation results to adjust enterprise’s strategy goals, key operations and management procedures.This dissertation based on learning organizations, conducts thoroughly interpretation of learning performance. Refines the conceptions of learning organization, learning performance, performance evaluation and web environment by comparing domestic theories and foreign theories.Secondly, by quantitative and qualitative analysis, this dissertation decomposes and interprets the learning performance entirely, refines5 first-level learning performance indicators: learning quality, web learning behavior, learning result, organization efficiency and organization economy; 12 second-level and 33 third-level learning performance indicators. Meanwhile, the author obtained the rationality data of learning performance’s three-level indicators by questionnaire distribution, tests the reliability and validity,put forward a scientific and systematic learning performance indicator evaluation system.Lastly, the author tests the effectiveness of learning performance evaluation indicator system, enhances the procedures of learning performance evaluation, extends the applicable scope of learning performance evaluation indicator system.
