Resilience plays an important role in the growth and development of the primary school students.Weak resilience will cause a series of development problems,such as interpersonal problems,psychological problems etc..As the source of growth,it can make the primary school students calmly deal with the problems in the face of difficulties.Therefore,enhancing the students' resilience level is particularly important and urgent.However,project research about the combination of social work and primary school students' resilience training is still lacking.This paper will combine the resilience and social work,take the Summer Bridge Primary School "unyielding,flying against the wind" resilience training project as an example,under the strengths perspective,to explore how to intervention the primary school students' resilience training in a better form of project.To understand the present situation of students' resilience level by questionnaire,the coping style when they meet the adversity,clear the important factors that influence the level of resilience.From the perspective of the internal protective factors,using the experiential group based on games to carry out targeted group work.Finally,combined with internal and external protective factors of resilience,put forward reasonable suggestions from the perspective of social work,in order to promote primary school students' resilience level more scientific and reasonable,and also hope to provide a reference basis for other social workers to do the familiar project.
