A Study On The Perspective Of Students From Zhang Chuting

Colleges as one of the important training camps for talents cultivation, their scientific and disciplinary features in students educational management have become the essential guarantee of talents upbringing. However, there exists a gap between students education and demands in college education system. From an objective point of view, it is because of the deficiency in education system, and the non-scientific the perspective of students has become one of the most important reasons.The perspective of students of teachers directly affects the choices of educational behaviors and ways. Certain perspective of students will lead to certain attitude and educational actions. It is essential to build a scientific concept in achieving efficient educational results. Universities should break the traditional view of students management and attach importance to students’ subjectivity, advocating freedom of education,adhering to the humanistic spirit and realizing the all-round development of students.Mr. Zhang Chuting, of experienced management and educating practices, is a truly educator with high humanity qualities and scientific researching spirit. He abandons and surpasses the traditional perspective of students management. From three dimensions of the care of the dominant position of students, the free development and personality development, he builds the college students concept adapting to the era and reflecting its variety. The perspective of students in Mr. Zhang’s theories shows that educators should care for the subjectivity of students,personality, and freedom, which makes the students be themselves. In the practice of the process, from the cultural, human, rational point of view of students, he cares for students. In this paper, from the concept- Practice-Inspiration angle, this thesis combs the basic perspective of Zhang Chuting’s college student concept, and transforms the specific content of their management practices into concrete cases in order to make contribution to talents cultivation in college education.
