Approaching Personal Good Qualities-Zhang Chuting Teaching Thought Research

Zhang Chu-ting is a famous educator and philosopher who put forward so many related teaching theories,which includes basis research and reached the range of philosophy.This thesis based on the angle of people trying to build a new teaching theory.The point of this thesis is to emphasize the naturist of the teaching road from scientism to humanization.The thesis includes four parts.The first part is called introduction,which present the reason of why do the research and answer the question from two parts: the main writings and the fundamental research.The second part is to discuss the good qualities of people.Zhang think human is just under the nature and have many good qualities which include wisdom、transcend and freedom.The pursuit of these three good qualities is the best way to people’s future.The third part main introduce the teaching theory how to make people have good qualities,which include two parts.The first part is to discuss the feature of scientism include comprehend、listen、experience、adaption、creation and the higher level humanization include reflection、inquiry、taste、transcend、freedom.The second part is to describe detailed the feature of these two dimensions.The fourth part is to do the calling,treat the good qualities of people as a teaching target,based on the teaching theories,from the teaching essence、spirit and the pursuit to build a healthy develop road for teacher.In general,Zhang’s teaching theories is full of“people”,which richness the teaching theories of china and make a great contribution to the teaching activities.
