Functional action screening is a predictive potential risk and action quality assessment system that includes seven test actions and three exclusion test actions that require subjects to achieve a balance of flexibility and stability. The track and field includes a lot of items but no matter what the project requires the athlete to stabilize the torso during the movement, the balance of the center of gravity and the flexibility of the joint to ensure the quality of the action is completed, the rational use of functional action screening for the detection and correction of the athlete’s mode of action Great help, which can improve the athlete’s efficiency and reduce the incidence of injuries. This paper chooses 80 high-level track and field athletes in Hunan province to carry out FMS test, and uses the literature data method, expert interview method, mathematical statistics method and logical analysis method to draw the following conclusions:1 From the results analysis, track and field athletes FMS test scores concentrated in the 14-16 points, the action mode is not high quality,an average of 15.21,compared with other projects or different groups, the score is lower;less than 14 points of 4 People, there is a high risk of injury;ubiquitous torso rotation stability is poor, reflecting the track and field athletes overall core muscle weak.2The results showed that there was no significant difference in the FMS scores between track athletes and athletes of different training years, which indicated that the results of functional action screening could be compared among different sex mixed groups.Athletes with special training time were short In the FMS score is better than the special training time long athletes, indicating that the special training time long on the FMS score negative impact.3 In the torso rotation stability test, active straight knee leg test, hurdle foot test and shoulder flexibility test, track and field athletes prone to low score action mode, this paper summed up the eight kinds of wrong mode of action, mainly due to muscle Power imbalance, poor flexibility, joint activity caused by limited,in the future training should be targeted training and regular testing.4 from the FMS test single point of view, squat test action, the sprint athletes prone to lean forward, indicating that the waist of the expansion of muscle strength is insufficient.Cross-shelf test action, the long-distance running project and throwing class athletes appear upper body shaking, indicating the knee and ankle muscle strength there is a weak phenomenon. In the straight-line test, the female athletes complete the action quality higher, indicating that the male athlete’s hip hip joint flexibility and knee stability is poor, the knee in the state of bending muscle strength is insufficient, strengthen the knee Muscle’s centripetal movement.Shoulder flexibility test action, measured throwing items of athletes shoulder scapula-thoracic site stretch is not strong.Active knee straight leg test action, measured sprint athletes of the iliopsoas developed, while the knee is more stable muscle strength.Torso rotation of the stability of the action, measured all the athletes of the trunk of the core muscle strength is relatively weak, waist and waist and waist muscles, especially the abdominal transverse muscle is not developed, can not keep the body when the trunk is static in the relatively stable.5 functional action screening(FMS)can effectively evaluate the basic functions of track and field athletes, the athletes for the effective training of scientific guidance, through the performance of the subjects in the screening to find a low score action mode, the end of the screening,To further diagnose the causes of low-profile action patterns, according to the reasons for the development of targeted training programs.
