Research On The Relationship Between Industrial Structure And Employment Of University Students In China

College students’ employment is the way that college students career development and personal values to achieve. Promote full employment and improve people’s livelihood is the basis for building a harmonious society, but also the drive-force for economic reform transformation and upgrading technology. With the accelerating process of popularization of higher education, and constantly adjust of industrial structure. There are more than one million students annually facing employment difficulties. This paper attempts to conduct in-depth study of the relationship between the industrial structure and employment of university students in China, and from the perspective of higher education to propose how to adjust and optimize the structure of higher education to protect the quality of teaching, which is targeted to increase the employment rate of university students.Based on the basic status of China’s industrial structure and employment of university students and combined with China’s primary industry, secondary industry and tertiary industry status, we analyze the employment status of graduates in China. We reached the following three conclusions: the industrial structure determines the structure of employment students; there is a double effect relationship between industrial structure and employment of university students; relationship between upgrading of industrial structure and the students’ labor structure is a dialectical unity. Thus the article gives expectations and suggestions on China’s industrial structure adjustment from the perspective of higher education. In this paper, in order to analysis the relationship between industrial structure and employment of university graduates, we on the basis of statistical data in linear space-based function model, and use statistical analysis employment elasticity of domestic college students change, and further summarized China’s industrial structure affects employment of university students. We finally find the feasibility and implementation strategies for increasing the employment from the economic point of view.Higher education needs to establish the personnel training system in order to adapt industrial structure, intensify the structural reform programs to heritage the soul of academic freedom, and guarantee the quality of teaching. In addition, college students need to change the original incorrect concept of employment, establishing rational concept of employment to comply with the development trend of China’s industrial structure. Therefore, based on the relationship between the industrial structure of students’ employment as a solution to the employment problem students has a certain reference for both in theory and practice.
