A Study On The Impact Of Industrial Structure Change On Employment In Hunan Province

Since the reform and opening up and the rapid economic development in Hunan Province,the province's GDP in 1978 ? 2015 annual average annual growth rate of 15.4%.At present,Hunan Province,the secondary industry is still dominant,from the calendar year statistics,Hunan Province is in the middle of industrialization.Although the economic development trend is good,but the process of economic growth,with the technological progress,further deepen the division of labor and demand structure and industrial policy adjustment,industrial structure optimization and upgrading faster,and industrial development to expand employment role has not been completely Play,and the corresponding changes in the employment structure has not been able to match the changes in the industrial structure,there is a certain deviation,the transfer of labor in the industry has been hampered.Therefore,the coordination of employment and economic development of the relationship between the further promotions of employment in Hunan Province is a major practical problem.On the basis of the existing research results at home and abroad,this paper firstly analyzes the employment changes caused by the change of industrial structure.On this basis,this paper analyzes the industrial structure,its changes,employment and its changes in Hunan Province by means of statistical analysis,and calculated the employment elasticity coefficient of three industries in Hunan Province and the deviation coefficient of industrial structure and employment structure.Then the empirical method of gray relational analysis is used to analyze the influence of industrial structure change on employment in Hunan Province,and the correlation coefficient of three industries and various industries and employment is calculated,and the correlation coefficient is sorted.The results of statistical analysis show that Hunan Province is in the stage of transition from the first and the second industry to the tertiary industry,but the secondary industry still dominates and the tertiary industry is not well developed.The "industry effect”,the second and third industries.Have a role in promoting employment;the second industry to absorb the strongest employment,followed by the tertiary industry,the weakest primary industry.The empirical results show that the secondary industry has the strongest correlation with the second industry and employment.The second industry has the strongest correlation between industry and employment,and the other services,accommodation and catering industry in the tertiary industry have the strongest correlation.Finally,based on the analysis of this article,the author puts forward the countermeasures to fully tap the employment potential of the secondary industry,increase the support of the tertiary industry and accelerate the upgrading of the first industry technology from the perspective of the tertiary industry.And put forward the lack of research and prospects.
