| With the gradual improvement of China’s education system and the growing emphasis of arts education for high school students, the arts education for the ordinary high school students has become an important part of quality education. Among them, the establishment and development of the art troupe reflects the epitome of flourish development of arts education in ordinary high school. In this paper, taking the Art Troupe in ChangJun High School as a case, we comprehensively hackle, study and analyze its aspects such as historical background, setting mode, teaching management and future development, and then sum up the development mode of the Art Troupe in ChangJun High School. Subsequently, we analyze the influencing factors of this development mode, and by combining the current actual situation in ordinary high school, we further propose the suggestions about how to draw lessons from the development mode of Art Troupe of ChangJun High School. |
