The Research About The Present Situation Of The Establishment And Development Of College Students Art Troupe

The college student art troupe, as an important component of the overall development of a cultural quality education in college, not only enriches and activates the extra-curricular campus life, but also plays a positive role in promoting the level of college students' artistic attainments in the process of constructing a civilized society and a harmonious campus.In recent years, with the leadership of the national education system propelling the quality education comprehensively, the college student art troupes across the country have been booming and become a major force in the construction of campus culture. The college student art troupe with its unique effects, as the window of the spiritual civilization, constructs the contemporary college students' elegant demean our and humanities. With the continuous advancement of our educational ideas and appreciation, there are raising more and higher requirements in the construction and management of the college student art troupe, such as how to manage the college student art troupe in a scientific and standard way to make use of its potential functions effectively. The operating mode, which explores the troupes' musical teaching, practical activities of arts and management system, will be an in-depth and further introspective study on today's college musical education. The study of this subject has great significance in cultivating integrated talents who show the all-round development of ethical, intellectual, physical and appreciating qualities. In this paper, I study the teaching and management mode of the college student art troupe in our country, which analyses the concrete case of Harbin Institute of Technology and combines the actual situations of domestic colleges and universities, trying to promote the healthy and benign development of the college student art troupe and make use of its potential functions effectively.There are three parts in this paper: the introduction, the main body and the conclusion. In the introduction, I summarize the background and current situations of the college student art troupes and try to gain their theoretical value and practical significance. There are also three parts in the main body. Chapter one is talking about the establishment of the student art troupe in Harbin Institute of Technology; in chapter two, I summarize from the current teaching and management situations of the student art troupe of Harbin Institute of Technology and chapter three is talking about some advice and reflections aiming at some existing problems for the student art troupe development and management mode.
