From The Management And Development Prospects Of The Construction Of Guangxi University Of Technology Art Troupe On The General Engineering College Students Art Troupe

College students' art troupes are an important part of the quality education at university. Not only do art troupes make the campus culture colorful, but also they can improve the university students' taste of beauty as well as the students' cultural and artistic qualities. In the last years, to meet the need of the development of society, almost all the institutes of higher education at home have been strengthening the construction of art education and enlarging investment to art education. Furthermore, all the key universities have explored and practiced a lot in the construction of art troupes and have acquired great achievement. Research on college students' art troupes has increasingly focused on by the departments of art education and management. Art troupes in technical colleges reflect the qualities of students in the colleges of technology, so the construction of art troupes in technical colleges is significant to cultivate advanced professional talents that are developed in all aspects. In this thesis, the author took the art team in Guangxi Technical College for example, combining the practical conditions in technical colleges, to study the teaching and management of students' art troupes in technical colleges. The author aimed at enhancing the development of the technical college students' art troupes and making them play an important role in the quality education.This thesis consists of three parts. The first part summarizes the current research on university students' art troupes and the theoretical and practical values. The body part is made up of three chapters. The first chapter presents the analysis and survey of the fundamental characteristics of the learning of art in technical colleges through the research and interview carried out in Guangxi Technical College. The second chapter is mainly about the generalization of the teaching and management of the art troupe in Guangxi Technical College, including the enlightenment acquired by the author from the advanced experience in art education at home and abroad. The third chapter shows the definite direction of the management and development of the technical college students' art troupes.
