The graduate students are the main force in the future academic research, the academic moral level is not only related to the quality of graduate students, but also related to the healthy development of the entire academic career in the future. With the expansion of graduate student enrollment, academic misconduct began to happen. The social influence is very badly. Most scholars are based on current academic misconduct of governance as a focus for research, they neglected the academic moral course teaching of academic misconduct in the prevention and the important role of academic moral construction.This paper aims to explore and solve the existing problems in the academic moral education, and in order to further improve the effect of the graduate student academic moral education, enhance the level of the graduate student’s academic ethics, prevention of graduate students the possibility of a variety of unethical academic behavior to provide the reference basis.This paper uses the Marxist scholars’ theory of style construction and the famous scholar’s theory of moral education as the instruction. The author called 572 students which from seven public universities to answer the academic moral education questionnaire. The survey found that college moral education of students in academic research has made certain achievements, but there are still some problems. Within the scope of this study found that the graduate student academic moral education exists four problems: the academic moral education effect is not obvious, the students has not understand the academic moral education target clearly, the students are not interested in the education ways and methods, the education content is not completely meet the demand of students. The cause of the academic moral problems mainly is divided into three aspects: the reason of the graduate students themselves is that they don’t have consciousness of academic integrity, they also lacks learning initiative and don’t develop fine style in study; the reason of the education is that the college has not offered specialized graduate student academic moral education curriculum, the content of moral education lacks pertinence, academic moral education means lack innovation; the reason of the school management is that there is no sound reasonable academic moral education effectiveness evaluation mechanism, incentive mechanism and supervision mechanism.For these reasons, the author puts forward the countermeasures in three aspects, respectively is to strengthen the cultivation of the graduate student’s own academic moral quality, set the specialized postgraduate academic moral education curriculum, establish and improve the moral education of graduate student academic supervision mechanism. Among the countermeasures, the creation of specialized postgraduate academic moral education curriculum is the most important part. In the course, the author has carried on the system analysis for the curriculum of academic ethics education goal, content, method and evaluation, and gave some suggestions for the improvement.
