The academic moral level of academic subjects in Colleges is not only related to the healthy development of their academic career and the overall academic innovation atmosphere in Colleges and universities,but also to the quality of higher education.As an indispensable element in the academic ecosystem,the academic ecological environment of colleges and universities has a vital impact on the formation of good academic ethics by academic subjects.Under the background of "double-first-class" strategy,the Party and the state pay more and more attention to the development of higher education in our country.However,due to the intertwined influence of various reasons,academic moral anomie often occurs in our colleges and universities,which destroys the balance of academic ecosystem and affects the connotative development of higher education in our country.In this paper,from the perspective of academic ecology,under the guidance of educational ecology and the ring theory of Ideological and political education,the academic moral education in Colleges and universities is studied.Based on the study of the concepts of academic ecology and academic moral education and the system of elements of academic ecology,this paper combs the characteristics of academic ecology and the experience of capital construction of world-class universities,investigates and analyses the current situation of academic ecology and academic moral education in universities and colleges with the case of China University of Geosciences(Wuhan),and puts forward the path choice of strengthening academic moral education in Universities from the perspective of academic ecology.This paper is divided into five chapters,the specific contents are as follows:The first chapter introduces the source,purpose and significance of the topic,combs the relevant research status at home and abroad,and clarifies the research methods,basic research ideas and research innovations.The second chapter is about the basic theoretical explanation of academic ecology and academic moral education.Firstly,the related concepts are explained.It includes the basic concepts of academic ecology and its elements system,academic morality and the basic concepts of academic morality education.Secondly,the basic analysis of relevant theories.It includes the basic theory of educational ecology and the ring theory of Ideological and political education.Thirdly,the internal relationship between academic subject,academic object,academic intermediary and academic circle and academic moral education is discussed in detail.The third chapter analyses the academic ecological characteristics of world-class universities and their experience in capital construction.According to the latest list of three authoritative world university ranking institutions,the top ten universities are selected to analyze their common academic ecological characteristics and draw lessons from the basic experience of academic ecological construction of world-class universities.Starting from the material,institutional,cultural,educational and subject levels,world-class universities should build a harmonious symbiotic academic ecosystem,so that they have excellent academic subjects,cutting-edge first-class disciplines,innovative academic achievements,green academic environment and good academic reputation.The fourth chapter investigates and analyses the current situation of academic ecology and moral education in universities.The questionnaire and interview outline of the current situation of academic ethics education in Colleges and universities are designed from the three dimensions of "basic situation of academic subject's academic ethics","basic situation of academic ethics education" and "academic ecological environment".The survey is conducted among postgraduates and teachers of China University of Geosciences(Wuhan).The results show that most academic subjects have good academic moral quality,but the phenomenon of academic moral anomie occurs from time to time.Universities attach great importance to academic moral education of academic subjects,but the way of educational practice can not meet the needs of the subjects.There is a negative correlation between academic ecological environment and academic moral anomie.The fifth chapter studies the Countermeasures of strengthening and improving academic moral education in Colleges and universities.Starting from the causes of the problems existing in academic moral education,this paper puts forward feasible paths to promote academic moral education from four aspects: academic subject,academic moral education practice,academic ecological environment inside universities and external academic ecological environment.
