The new curriculum reform is an important educational reform,with the gradual deepening of the degree, the requirement of rural primary school teachers’professional ability is also getting higher and higher. At present, our country’s rural teachers accounted for the vast majority of the proportion of. the professional literacy of rural teachers has become the decisive factor in the development of basic education.PrimarySchoolTeacherProfessional Standards (Trial) introduction, The rural primary school teachers to their professional ability to have a more clear positioning. Rural primary school education in order to get a stable and sustainable development, not only to improve the quality of education and teaching, also pay attention to the cultivation of teachers’ professional ability and comprehensive quality. Hunchun city rural primary school teachers’ professional accomplishment S congenitally deficient, lack of pertinence in the aspect of teacher training, therefore, the influence of Hunchun rural S elementary school teachers professional ability development.This research mainly uses the questionnaire survey method, interview survey method and educational statistics method, a survey on the status quo of professional ability of primary school teachers in rural areas of Hunchun city S, find out the existing problems, and analyze the influence factors of the S primary school teachers’professional ability in the rural areas of Hunchun city, combined with in-depth interview and analysis, put forward the countermeasure suggestion.Through the investigation of the current situation of the professional ability of S primary school teachers in rural areas of Hunchun city, find out five aspects of the problem:first, Hunchun rural S primary school teachers’teaching design ability; second, Hunchun city rural S elementary school teachers "organization and implementation ability" problem;third, Hunchun City, rural S primary school teachers’incentive and evaluation ability;fourth, Hunchun City, rural S primary school teachers’communication and cooperation ability;fifth, Hunchun City, rural S primary school teachers’reflection and development ability. According to the research, the following conclusions are drawn:First, the Hunchun rural S elementary school teachers’own quality level is low, which affects the development of teachers’professional ability. Second, Hunchun rural S primary school leadership attention is not enough, to a certain extent, affected the development of Hunchun rural S elementary school teachers professional ability.Third, Hunchun rural S primary school management system is not perfect, resulting in the rural S primary school teachers overall quality is low.Fourth, Hunchun city rural S primary school teachers’training content is lack of pertinence, only stay on the surface of the phenomenon, to a large extent affected the rural S elementary school teachers professional ability promotion. Fifth, Hunchun City, rural S primary school teachers to enhance the awareness of teachers’professional ability is weak.In combination with the teacher’s own quality level is low, the school leadership attention is not enough, the school management system is not perfect, the training content is lack of pertinence, improve teachers’ professional ability of the analysis of the influence factors, put forward to improve the comprehensive quality of teachers, improve the leadership attention, improve the school management system, strengthen the pertinence of teacher training, strengthen the awareness of teachers to enhance the professional ability of teachers and so on. Hope to improve the teaching quality of rural primary education in the future to provide a certain reference.
