With the high-speed development of modern society, people’s physical, mental, working problems and interpersonal conflicts, suffering from criticism, punishments, failure, anxiety, as well as marital conflict that cannot be solved, all of which belongs to their inadequate emotion or personality. How to make people’s emotion get back to developing in a healthy and peaceful way has become an important issue that we need to think about. Tough the education guidelines and policies of our country has been emphasizing the moral, intellectual, physical, and aesthetic development of students, the moral one usually gets ignored and naturally has never been real put into practice in education and which also reflects that our education has paid too much attention to the pursuit of knowledge and too less on the human’s emotional education.This paper takes methods of literature review and theoretical analysis, By combining a large amount of literature, the paper analyzes their iconicity, story, emotion as well as values, and discusses their impacts on the emotional mechanism.Through analysis the influence of the current network of new media, cultural fragmentation and pushing education system, put forward that literature and art education is the important path of emotional education. This paper from the angle of the literature and art education that regards emotion as the core, this paper analyzes the function of emotional education in the literary and artistic creation as well as appreciation. And the thesis comes up with that the literature and art creation work is a process of turning kindness to beauty, that the literature and art appreciation is the main channel to cultivating people’s emotion, and that the literature and art education is an important method of emotional education. In the process of literature’s playing the role of emotional education, the appreciation’s emotional identification produces the emotional stability and inheritance, and emotional divergent psychology produces emotional blindness and diversity.
