Continues to occur at the same time, in recent years is characterized by structural unemployment in the difficult employment problem, make the college students in the process of education, such as a resume fraud dishonest behavior is often happened, caused the wide attention of the society.Based on the integrity of college students’ employment problem as the breakthrough point, in a lot of reading and comb the literature and the concept of honesty and credibility, and other important in job for college students on the basis of the boundary, using theoretical analysis and empirical research method of combining the, by investigating part of the college students in shaanxi province, the credit deficiency in college students about job status and nature of the cognitive and consciousness formation of influence on college students’ honesty and the subjective and objective factors of checks and constraint its negative behavior problems, such as analysis, especially for theoretical research on the motivation of college students’ employment honesty. According to the data statistics and analysis results show that there is a university student good faith consciousness forming process of middle school education and social education effect is low; In the job involves making resume, participate in the interview, such as dishonesty, there are contradictions of cognitive dissonance; college students themselves In lack of credibility of motivation analysis, obtained the school lack of integrity of moral education, the school honesty education factors effect is low, in good faith consciousness in breach incentive correlations in the evaluation of high correlation, the employment pressure is too large(for macmillan separation caused by integrity of cognitive dissonance, the tolerance of the job contract behavior showed) as well as the good faith system lack(breach incentive is given priority to with system lack, cover a false is the result of recruitment system is not sound) is caused by college students in job choice of the main causes of dishonest ACTS.Aiming at the problems above, this paper argues that can be solved from the following three aspects and rectified. The first is to strengthen the construction of credit system, put an end to get profit motive. Through a sound social credit system, improve the system of job entity integrity, establishing reasonable recruitment conditions, increase penalties for dishonest ACTS in order to realize university and recruitment unit of credit information sharing, improve the rules and regulations to perform the students’ participation and the recruitment process and inspection method is scientific, dishonest education disciplinary formation mechanism. Second is various to alleviate employment pressure, promote college students’ honesty. By increasing the employment opportunity, improve their professional ability, strengthen the employment guidance to improve the public employment service four aspects of measures to reduce the "supply and demand contradiction in the job market, enhance competitiveness in the process of job search, reduce the blindness of college students to apply for a job as well as the trouble back at home. The last is to improve the effect of honesty education, strengthen college students’ credit quality. By strengthening school moral education, improve the social credit environment, improve their judgment to moral integrity, good faith education practice activities to improve college students’ cognitive ability, and integrity to enhance consciousness of college students’ honesty and alleviate the integrity of the contradiction, cognitive dissonance strengthen willpower in the choice of good faith.
