Whether we have to construct the college student cultivationstructure in good faith and how to build the cultivation structure are notonly extremely important questions, but also extremely weak questions. Itis crucial to the success of university good faith education, and it is alsocrucial to cultivate the harmonious person in order to construct theharmonious society.At present, the academic circle has four flaws on the construction ofthe university student cultivation structure in good faith: preparation isinsufficient, subjective attribution, the research of the pure essentialfactors, ignoring the guidance of psychology.As a whole, the mainquestions rest on the insufficiency, and the essential factors are unclear,the structure has neither weight nor key difficulty. Therefore, in fact,there has not yet constructed the complete, reasonable, scientific actualeducation structure concerning the students' faith. Its direct consequenceis that the cultivation of the college students faith quality has reallyencountered the barrier lost in the structure.This article establishes the cultivation structure of the collegestudents in good faith on the basis of a comprehensive investigation. Theinvestigations prove that the university students' good faith qualitycultivation must be put under the social background, doing fromimportant to less important according to study aspect, life aspect,economical aspect, employment aspect. The influence of social variety,school variety, and family interpersonal variety should be lined fromstrong to weak, the psychology of following the crowd and suffering aloss, the lucky psychology, the risk psychology, the retaliationpsychology, and the useless psychology, the cost somewhat lowpsychology should be carried on logical order from primary to secondand on the inherent laws.The social factor, the school factor, the family interpersonal factorconstitute the first grade structure on (?)ultivating college student' goodfaith. The social environment and the guidance structure, the campusenvironment structure, the education and the educational factor structure, the family interpersonal environment structure constitute the secondgrade. The social good faith atmosphere, the social good faith tradition,the social good faith rewards and punishment, the campus' good faithatmosphere, the campus' good faith tradition, the school's educationstructure, the school's appraisal structure, the school's motivationstructure, the psychological guidance structure, the structure of receivingthe files, constructing the files and transferring the files, the family-schoolcooperation structure make the third grade.
