The thesis is maily about the reseach of the strength and condition training, analysis of the overall arrangement of the strength and conditioning training in the competition year, various stages of the specific arrangement of the strength and conditioning training:1. National women’s 49 kg taekwondo team athletes in London Olympic Games training points and three periods. Base period stage of physical training, enhance physical training phases, competition period stage of physical training.2.Each period has its stage characteristics,basis of primary importance to is the sensitivity of the athletes and the improvement of strength, improve the balance ability of period mainly improve athletes, core strength and accuracy exercises.3. According to taekwondo competition rules, should be laid special stress on rai si ng the athletes in the physical training in two minutes continuous kick times and kick accuracy and so on various aspects ability.4. Modern athletics tae kwon do rapid changeable, fists and kicks in the process of changing athletes increased attack accuracy is crucial. In the process of training, should pay attention to in the accuracy of the flexible and coordination on the basis of practice. Among them,hit the target practice is a kind of effective means of training the training.5. In improving period and competition period, random training enhance the capacity of comprehensive athletes and improve strain capacity of athletes, training a high intensity of random design is very important.
