Taekwondo is one of the official events of the modern Olympic Games.A sport that focuses on legs and uses both boxing and feet.Its leg techniques and technical movements need the coordination and cooperation of the whole body,which has a positive impact on promoting the all-round development of physical quality.From the perspective of sports physiology,teenagers are in a sensitive period of the development of various physical qualities.Practicing taekwondo can accelerate metabolism,promote growth and development,and is the best time to form sports skills.Using the methods of literature,interview,experiment,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,this study takes 200 students in grades 3 and 4 of Longchuan Ethnic Primary School in Dehong Prefecture,Yunnan Province as the experimental objects(100 students in each grade).The students are divided into experimental class and control class.Both classes are often participating in school physical education.In addition,the experimental class and control class will last for 16 weeks,In the experimental course twice a week,the experimental class carries out taekwondo practice,and the control class carries out physical training according to the curriculum standard.The physical health test is based on the national student physical health standard.Through the comparative analysis of the data of physical health test before and after the experiment,we can understand the impact of Taekwondo on the physical health of level 2 students.Height,weight,BMI,vital capacity,50 meter running,sitting forward flexion,1 minute sit ups,1 minute rope skipping,50 meter running were selected for the experiment × 8 turn back running,standing long jump,standing on one foot with eyes closed and 50 high leg lifts are the effect indicators.The selected indexes were measured before and after the experiment.The data were analyzed and processed by SPSS 26.0.The test results before and after the experiment were statistically tested between and within the group.The conclusions are as follows:1.In terms of body shape:After a 16-week experiment,compared with before the experiment,the height,weight,and BMI values ?? of the third and fourth grade experimental class and the control class were significantly increased,and there was no significant difference between the experimental class and the control class after the experiment(P>0.05).),but from the rate of increase,the increase in height of the experimental class was higher than that of the control class,and the increase in weight of the experimental class was lower than that of the control class.2.Physical function:After a 16-week experiment,compared with before the experiment,the lung capacity of the third and fourth grade experimental class and the control class were significantly improved(P<0.01),although there was no significant difference between the experimental class and the control class after the experiment(P> 0.05),but the increase in the experimental class was greater than that in the control class,indicating that taekwondo practice had a positive effect on the physical function of the students at level two.3.Physical quality:After a 16-week experiment,compared with before the experiment,there were significant changes in the scores of the third and fourth grade experimental class and the control class in the 50-meter running,sitting forward bending,1-minute sit-ups,and 1-minute skipping(P<0.01).,but after the experiment,there was no significant difference between the experimental class and the control class in 50-meter running and 1-minute rope skipping(P>0.05).Sex difference(P<0.01)After a 16-week experiment,compared with before the experiment,there were significant changes in the 50*8 reentry running,standing long jump,standing on one foot with eyes closed,and high leg raising 50 times between the third and fourth grade experimental class and the control class(P< 0.01),but after the experiment,there was no significant difference between the experimental class and the control class in standing on one foot with eyes closed(P>0.05).Compared with the control class,the experimental class and the control class had 50*8 reentry running,standing long jump,and high leg raising 50 times.There was a significant difference in performance(P < 0.01)The results of the study showed that there were significant differences between the experimental class and the control class in the six indicators of vital capacity,sitting forward flexion,1-minute sit-ups,50*8 reentry running,standing long jump,and high leg raising 50 times;indicating that taekwondo Practice has a positive effect on the performance of level two students’ vital capacity,sitting forward flexion,1-minute sit-ups,50*8 reentry running,standing long jump,and high leg raises 50times;while in height,weight,BMI,50-meter running,There was no significant difference in the performance of 1 minute skipping rope and standing on one foot with eyes closed,indicating that although Taekwondo had an impact on these 6indicators,the effect was not obvious.The results show that taekwondo training can improve students’ endurance quality,speed quality,flexibility quality,balance quality,lower body strength and explosive power,waist and abdominal strength.
