By analyzing the pre-match training of the outstanding women’s 100 meter hurdles athlete Kang Ya in 2015 Japan and South Korea athletics tournament, the regulation methods of pre-match competition state of women’s 100 meter hurdles athletes is found, which could provides inspiration and reference for our countries’ women’s 100 meter hurdles coach, promotes this project to become the leading track and field project of our country, boosts the developments of our countries’ athletics career, and expedites our pace to realize our dream for a sports-leading country.Take the Hunan born women’s 100 meter hurdles athlete Kang Ya as our research object, using literature search method, data analysis method, expert interviews method, logical analysis method and so on, training methods mainly impacting the competition performance is specifically analyzed. This research mainly studies the stage and time arrangement of the whole training process, the specific training methods of each stage, and the training methods and characteristics of each stage in terms of speed, strength and skill.The pre-match training for Kang Ya in 2015 Japan and South Korea athletics tournament takes four and a half months, the whole process is divided into three stages, the first stage is in March and April, the second stage is in the earlyand the middleMay and June000, the third stage is in the late June and early July. The first stage of pre-match training is preparation period, the second stage is complementary period, and the last stage is transitional period.The main training contents of each stage are speed training, strength training and skill training. Skill training includes hurdles technology and rhythm training between hurdles, speed training includes the speed of sprint and speed endurance training, strength training consists of maximum strength, general strength and special strength training. There are three hurdles technology training methods, two rhythm training methods between hurdles, four training methods for sprint speed, seven training methods for speed endurance training, four methods for maximum strength, twenty-one methods for general strength and fifteen methods for special strength training. According to the different training goals and athletes’ actual conditions of each stage, the training intensity and contents are regulated. The first stage takes a large amount but small intensity training, the second stage takes a middle amount but large intensity training, the last stage takes a small amount but the intensity of the besttraining. The first stage focus on physical training, the second stage focus on skill training, the last stage focus on the combination of physical training and skill training. Pre-match psychological state is also regulated.
