Research On The Evolution And Development Of Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture Sports Policy Of Sichuan Province

In the Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture of Sichuan Province, there are wrestling, shooting dull, matchlock, climbing pole and other traditional national sport. As a result of the development and progress of society, more and more minority sports are familiar and accepted by other people. In order to develop and heritage these traditional sports of minorities, it needs the government’s policy support and guidance. This thesis implies analysis methods of literature review, historical research, interviews and field investigation to induce and conclude and use the public policy analysis theory to analyze the reasons for the evolution of policy and outlines the elements of policy evolution. After through the understanding of minority sports policy change process in the Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture and with the development of economic and social progress, the original minority sport policies have some shortcomings which need to supplement and improve policies to adapt to change. Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture minority sports policy has gone through three stages of evolution, the thesis through combing the minority sports policy the Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture and understanding Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture’s developed and existing policies, which provides a reference to the future of minority sports policy formulated. Results from this study are concluded as follows:Conclusion one:the evolution of Liangshan Minority Sports Policy, it experienced sprout, tortuous development, strengthen the perfect stage. With the continued development of sports undertakings in Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture and growing, and our sports policy and regulations continue to improve; now it has initially formed a relatively complete science policy which establishes the foundation for booming minority sports in the Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture.Conclusion two:From the achievements and concrete practice of the evolution of Liangshan minority sports policy, the Liangshan Prefecture has abided by strict compliance and regards national unity as a starting point, and always adheres to the approach as "all ethnic groups working together for common prosperity and development". By combining with the characteristics of minority sports development, it explores a suitable road for sports development in the region. By conducting national sports activities, encouraging the people to actively participate in the Minority Games, holding minority festivals and other activities to improve the physical fitness of the people in the region, so as to promote the healthy development of the Liangshan Prefecture’s sports.
