Education development, cannot leave the high quality of teachers. Basketball development cannot leave the high quality of teachers, teachers’quality is a systematic and dynamic system, and the professional ability of teachers in the teachers’ quality at the core. Teachers’professional ability is the most outstanding external performance, teachers’ comprehensive quality is the core element of the evaluation of teachers’ professionalism. From a certain point of view, the essences of development of teacher education is to raise teachers’ professional ability. Basketball teachers are no exception.This text uses the method of documents and materials, questionnaire investigation, interview method, mathematical statistics, logic analysis and other research methods, the traditional basketball schools in xi’an 10 high school teachers’ professional ability for research. Through consulting a large number of literature and expert interview to determine the level of basketball teachers’ professional ability indicators and secondary indicators. Through the teachers and students questionnaire, interview to know xi’an reform of basketball teachers, to draw the following conclusion:1, xi’an high school basketball reform teacher’s basic situation is good, age distribution, degree, title is very reasonable, but the differences in terms of sex ratio.2, overall, xi’an basketball teachers in teaching ability and professional ethics are doing better, but the scientific research and extracurricular training in this part of the obvious deficiencies. The overall level of scientific research is poor, after school training ability is uneven.3, the factors restricting the development of the vocational ability have inside and outside because of two aspects, the external cause is mainly education department, school leaders, not enough emphasis on the development of reform of basketball, investment funds inadequacy; Internal cause is the main basketball teachers to the development of their own lack of pursuit, poor consciousness of learning.In this paper, based on the research conclusion, the paper analyzes the traditional xi high school basketball school teachers’professional ability present situation, pointed out main problems of basketball teachers’ professional ability development, analyzing the influence factors, and puts forward relevant Suggestions and countermeasures based on this. |
