With the rapid development of modern basketball,sensitive quality training methods are widely used in various technical aspects of basketball.Footstep movement technology,which is closely related to sensitive quality,is the basic technology of basketball.There is no footstep movement technology.Other technologies can't perform well,so it is very important to improve basketball's footsteps and improve the sensitivity of basketball footsteps.The author took an internship at Xi'an Middle School in Shaanxi Province from March to July 2019,taking high school physical education classes and taking into account the training of the men's basketball school team,training 6 times a week.During the training with the team,I found that the team was in terms of sensitivity and foot movement.There are very few exercises,and the training time of traditional ladder equipment is even less.Although the high school training has passed the best period of sensitivity training,the necessary targeted training has helped the basketball players to improve their reaction speed and their foot movement ability.Therefore,I selected 20 male basketball players in Xi'an Middle School as experimental subjects through literature data method,interview method,experimental method,mathematical statistics method and comparative analysis research method.Through random grouping,the experimental group used induction lights as training equipment.Methods,the control group used the training method with the aid of ladder equipment to explore the effect of two different sensitive training methods on the improvement of basketball foot movement technology.After 8 weeks of experimental research,the following conclusions were reached:1.The agile quality training method has a positive effect on improving the footstep moving ability of male basketball players in high school,both of which can improve the footstep moving ability of male basketball players in high school.Among them,the ladder training method has certain help for athletes' quick reaction and explosive force,while the training method using induction lamp as auxiliary equipment has a more obvious influence on improving the high school men's basketball players'explosive force,quick reaction ability,and the ability to suddenly start and sprint.2.Induction lamp as a new type of auxiliary equipment in daily training to join in the high school basketball team,for the active participation of the players has been greatly improve,in the high school basketball sports ability of footwork training,innovative the addition of auxiliary equipment(induction lamp),compared with the traditional auxiliary equipment(ladder)for athletes spirit has more positive influence.3.Comparing the data statistics of the experimental group and the control group after the experiment,the results of the experimental group compared with the control group after the experiment were tested by the covariance test.Among the five test indicators that represent the foot movement ability after the experiment,the results of the experimental group compared with the control group were tested by the t test,and the P value was<0.05,showing a significant difference.Compared with the results of the pre-experiment test,the results improved significantly.,through the analysis of the difference value after the experiment the experimental testing result by t test P values were<0.05,all have significant difference,while the traditional auxiliary ladder training methods,training equipment,although compared with the experimental test data before has different degrees of improvement,but the differences before and after the experiment value,in addition to the "turn defence into attack" sprints,both P values>0.05,does not have significant difference.From the comparison analysis within the group,compared with the control group,whether after the experiment before the experiment,or in the eighth week of the experiment compared with the fourth week of the comparative analysis,the experimental group is superior to the control group in terms of the improvement.4.Based on the analysis of advantages and disadvantages of the two assistive devices,the training effect of the new assistive devices is better than that of the traditional assistive devices due to their novelty,technology and other characteristics.The active participation of athletes is relatively high.Compared with the new auxiliary equipment,the operation and organization training of ladder auxiliary equipment are more convenient.However,due to the characteristics of the equipment itself,the training content and methods are not comprehensive enough,and the training methods are not targeted enough according to the specific training content.In addition,the footstep movement in the actual combat of the embodiment,after holding the ball to turn around breakthrough although the frequency of use is low,but the success rate is relatively high;The use frequency of defensive sliding is very high in the game,which is an important embodiment of footwork in defense.In addition,defensive-run sprints(fast breaks)accounted for 41 percent of the high school offense.Therefore,through the application of the auxiliary training method of the induction lamp and the training method of the soft ladder,this paper probes into the influence of the sensitive quality training on the improvement of the foot movement ability,and obtains the advantages and disadvantages of the innovative and traditional auxiliary equipment.Through this research,we can find out a new training method of sensitive quality for the improvement of high school male basketball players' footwork ability.
