The Comparative Research On The Operationmechanism Of Chinese And America Professional Basketball

American professional basketball has advanced management mechanism,efficient organizational structure and reasonable benefit sharing mechanism,which can be regarded as a model of the world.By comparing the operation mechanism of professional basketball between China and the United States,learning from the successful experience of NBA and combining with China's national conditions,this paper establishes the operation mechanism of Chinese professional basketball with Chinese characteristics to promote the healthy development of Chinese professional basketball.By using the methods of documentation,expert interviews,comparative research,logical analysis and mathematical statistics,this study makes a comparative study of the operational mechanism of professional basketball between China and the United States.It draws the following conclusions: American professional basketball aims at achieving the goal of "maximizing profits".Its property rights are clear.The government supervises the League through law,and has a scientific and advanced management model.Salary system and draft transfer system makes it develop continuously and healthily.On the contrary,Chinese professional basketball still leaves the traces of administrative management of the government.The government interferes too much in the operation of professional clubs,the development goals are not clear,and the property rights are not clear.Both management methods and system construction are relatively backward,which hinders the development of professional basketball.It is suggested that China could learn from the successful experience of American Professional Basketball League which is scientific and advanced,and combine with China's national conditions.Implementing the development model of professional alliance,we should really move towards the market and the road of sustainable and healthy development.
