According to the "National Medium-and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020)" promulgated by the Ministry of Education,macro schools are required to strengthen the construction of teachers and improve the professional level of teachers,thus creating a number of high The professional team of qualified teachers will improve the quality of higher education in China and improve the quality of personnel training.Professional ability is an important ability for the professional development of college teachers.The professional ability of basketball teachers is the basis for promoting the basketball teachers of physical education colleges to become professional teachers,improve the professional ability of basketball teachers,and build a personal professional ability development system to improve the basketball of Chinese sports colleges.The teacher team has a major role.This paper improves the use of literature methods,questionnaires,expert interviews and other research methods to study the composition of professional competence indicators of basketball teachers in physical education colleges,and analyzes the relationship between the basic situation and professional competence of basketball teachers in sports colleges.This paper explores the influencing factors that restrict the development of professional competence of basketball teachers in physical education colleges,and proposes corresponding development countermeasures for the development of professional competence of basketball teachers in physical education colleges.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)The first-level indicators of professional ability of basketball teachers in physical education colleges include: teaching ability,training ability,scientific research ability,reflection and development ability,competition organization and arrangement ability;second-level indicators include: teaching design ability,teaching operation ability,etc.22 One.(2)The overall professional ability of basketball teachers in physical education colleges is good(out of 5 points).Among them,the average score of teaching ability of basketball teachers in physical education colleges is the highest(4.41 points),followed by training ability(4.34 points),reflection and development ability(4.09),scientific research ability(4 points)and competition organization and arrangement ability(3.88 points).).(3)The scientific research ability and teaching ability of basketball teachers in physical education colleges are enhanced with the promotion of basketball teachers’ titles;with the increase of teaching age,the teaching ability,training ability and scientific research ability of basketball teachers are also improved;Basketball teachers have a strong ability in organizing and organizing competitions;basketball teachers who have both physical education classes and training courses have relatively high professional competence.(4)Factors affecting the development of professional competence of basketball teachers in physical education institutions include: personal level including reflection and lack of awareness,imperfect professional knowledge structure,and weak internal development motivation;lack of effective incentive mechanism and teacher training system at school level Unreasonable and school teaching atmosphere is not strong;the social level includes the impact of income level and lack of practical communication.(5)The countermeasures for the development of professional competence of basketball teachers in physical education colleges are: from a personal point of view:basketball teachers in physical education colleges should establish correct development concepts,improve professional knowledge structure,and constantly carry out teaching reflections;from the school level: schools must constantly improve The teacher’s assessment system,evaluation system and reward system,play the auxiliary role of the basketball teaching and research section,carry out systematic training and create a positive and good teaching environment for basketball teachers;from the social level: the relevant government departments must constantly improve relevant laws and regulations,Effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of basketball teachers,improve welfare and increase the investment of special funds for schools.
