Caregivers are the staff of kindergartens and play an important role in children’s learning and development and the smooth progress of nursing work.The continuous renewal and improvement of the concept of preschool education in the new era endows nurses with more responsibilities.The nurse is not only the caretaker of children living in the kindergarten,but also the educator of children and the collaborator of teachers.Collective educational activities are an important part of kindergarten educational activities,and they are also the most direct educational activities for children.While completing the class health care work,nurses participate in the class collective education activities,which can enable teachers to complete the education activities more smoothly,pay attention to and solve the needs of children in time,promote the development of children,improve their professional quality and promote their professional growth.This study adopts the methods of observation and interview,takes three caregivers from three different kindergartens as the research object,observes in class,and understands the participation of three caregivers in class collective education activities through interviews.This study divides participation in group education activities into three parts.Preparation before the activity,cooperation during the activity and sorting after the activity.These three parts reflect the actual situation of caregivers’ participation in collective education activities by describing the specific situation of caregivers’ participation.This includes the number,quality and enthusiasm of participation.Combined with interviews,find out the problems of caregivers participating in kindergarten collective education activities.The role and significance of caregivers are not well understood,the quality of participation varies greatly,and the role orientation of participating in collective education activities is not clear.The randomness of participation is very strong.As well as their own career planning,role cognition,professional knowledge and work experience,class teachers’ understanding of the role of caregivers,caregivers’ attitude towards participating in collective education activities,factors’ selection conditions for caregivers,management and education methods.This paper analyzes the factors affecting childminders’ participation in kindergarten collective education activities from the aspects of relevant policies,and puts forward some suggestions to improve the level of childminders’ participation in collective education activities.In terms of nurses,we should establish a correct sense of role,clarify the position and constantly improve the professional quality.Teachers should correctly treat the role of caregivers,establish good interpersonal relationships with caregivers,and guide caregivers to participate in collective education activities in kindergartens.In terms of caregivers,we should raise the entry threshold of caregivers and provide them with rich and diverse education.We should optimize the work content of caregivers,innovate the management mode of care,and introduce relevant policies and standards at the national level.This study enriches the relevant theories of kindergarten caregivers’ professional growth,improving the quality of kindergarten collective education activities and the combination of care,and provides enlightenment for different types of caregivers to learn from experience,improve the quality of kindergarten care and improve relevant work.
