Through research of these questions, it could offer us a way in the current social context, how to make better use of predominantly network carrier to provide certain theoretical basis for moral education in junior high school students, make full use of its positive aspects to disseminate the mainstream Socialist values, enhance the relevance of the civic and moral education of the middle school students under the background of network society.
