Henan is a major source Chinese martial arts, martial spirit to become a symbol for the local culture, martial arts and martial become an enduring folk folk culture inheritance main style. Especially since the reform and opening, henan is the influence of the martial arts culture, constantly around the rapid development of the private school become the main private schools in our country. Therefore, the study on private wushu schools in henan province as the breakthrough point, a comprehensive insight into the private wushu school situation, the analysis of conditions of private schools, teachers, students way and management mode, to investigate the confusion and problems of private school education, for improving the quality of private school education, expand the strategies and methods of private school living space.The study mainly adopts the methods of on-the-spot investigation, interview and questionnaire survey, field school of henan province of 9 cities and 32 school of run by the local people made a systematic investigation. Among them, the private schools of 19 different education level 2 months of actual investigation and interviews, obtained the first-hand information of private schools in great quantities, for further research on private schools in henan province to provide a large number of support materials. Research results:(1) based on the distribution of nine municipal, county(district) in 32 school of run by the local survey found: today, the private wushu schools in henan province distribution mainly concentrated in dengfeng(shaolin martial arts) and jiaozuo(Chen tai chi), both in the rest of the less number of schools around the city. Henan around school education level are mainly composed of primary and secondary schools, survey of only 6 schools open have a college education, bachelor’s degree in education only 2. In general, henan folk school education level is not high, education level is generally low, mainly small and medium-sized students. Poor diction henan non-government schools in educational condition, training venues most is not up to the standard for the provisions of the school, martial arts equipment can fully meet the demand of training. Culture has a lot to improve education and qualifications of teachers, but could not be into the formal establishment and liquidity is bigger. While coach team culture quality is low, single teaching means.(3) in the school regulation, national and local introduced many times in different periods have rules and regulations to guide policy of small specification, but implementation is not very ideal, school internal management is chaotic. The main performance on the school management organization setup and management level of school principals.(4) in terms of teaching work, school culture and martial arts course have government regulated by the competent department of the competent department of education and sports, on teaching materials and schedule are unified, but has been unable to fully formed a heavier weapons to the differences of the teaching idea transformation.(4) pay attention to the older wushu training practical talents with the martial arts industry backup power, has a relatively independent school-running autonomy, etc., is a private school main characteristics.(5)because private schools rely mainly on "students’ school", the student is the main guarantee of the existence and development of the school, the students become the main bottleneck of private school education at present.Corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions:(1) through methods such as transfer,folk, folk school of scattered resources integration, focused non-governmental forces joint school, to intensive education transformation.(2) to further improve the system of private school management rules and regulations, realize the school. Governments at all levels must strengthen the supervision of private schools, further standardize non-government schools, is a private school education laws, rules-based.(3) run by the local school in such aspects as teacher title promotion, salary is the lack of competition and the safeguard mechanism, treatment is generally not high teachers, teachers’ liquidity, unstable teachers. Therefore, to fundamentally solve and carry out the private school teachers biography, title promotion and welfare practical problems, such as for teachers to create a good environment, attract talent, retain talent.(4) by attracting social capital, multi-channel financing, enhance the school strength. At the same time, strengthen the foreign exchange private school, through the practice paid to participate in social activities, to establish a good social reputation, small private school social living space.
