With the rise of the quality education and lifelong physical education, PE teachers'development is closely related to the national physical enhancement, the promotion of health and quality of life for improvement, and plays a unique role in cultivate all-round development person. This determines the important position of PE teachers in the physical education .Sports of Private Colleges is an important component in personnel training system, the teachers'level height is directly affecting the Private college sports quality and developmnt of the work. But due to the particularity of Private colleges, compare with public universities, the source of funds for financing problems shall be arranged by themselves, therefore whether the sports discipline have paid enough attention and whether the teacher status can be guaranteed. This should cause us to take seriously highly value and research for Private college P. E teachers.Henan is China's most populous province, but also education province, students are numerous. This paper based on the 13 private colleges of P. E teachers' current situation in Henan province as research object published by the Ministry of Education in 2010. On the basis of public management, psychology, sports science and other relevant disciplines knowledge, Using the method of literature, questionnaire survey, mathematics and logical analysis methods as the research methods, This paper analyses The present developed situation of Henan Private College P. E teachers from the PE teachers' basic situation of Henan province private college, professional psychological condition, work situation and life situation. Based on main problems exist in Private College P. E teachers, this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions and countermeasures. Conclusions are drawn as follows. 1.PE teachers at Private college in Henan Province mainly consists of full-time teachers and external teachers,external teachers and fresh graduate and former graduates are the main force of PE teachers at Private college; PE teachers present younger trend,bachelor degree take the mainly position,Job Title consist of teaching assistant and lecturer, the ratio of Female teacher is relatively low,PE teachers' teaching ages and working tenure are mainly no less than five years.2.The Work enthusiasm of PE teachers at Private college in Henan Province is relatively large,but Because of P.E teachers in private college lack sense of ownership in his job and have the lower satisfaction rate , and most of the P.E teachers have Great uncertainties for their professional development ,it leads to the phenomenon that the P.E teachers in private college are unstable and have a great mobility.3.The basic qualities of PE teachers at Private college in Henan Province enable them to accomplish base quality courses,they have heavy workload but their contribution are difficult to get recognition compared with other subjects,PE teachers have few chance for training program and further study. What's more,most teachers seldom have a chance to train and further study,most of them are self-coached ;Teachers are lack of initiative in scientific research and science research result is relatively low.4.Forty percent of the PE teachers at Private college in Henan Province have solve the housing problem,PE teachers have an overall low level of contentment about the living conditions ;In the problem of social welfare,nearly half of the Private college have not pay social welfare for the teachers,most of the social welfare are Social endowment insurance and medical insurance.
