Research On Financing Of Private Colleges In Henan Province

For the past three decades,private higher education has been an important part of higher education in Henan provinceand private colleges have made important contributions to regional political and economic construction.With the private colleges in Henan province entering a rapidly developing period,the problem of funds has become a restrictive factor affecting their sustainable development.Compared with the public colleges and universities,private colleges show a lack of development potential in many aspects,and reasonable financing and effective financial management can solve these problems quickly.How to solve the financing difficulties of private colleges in Henan province has become a key problem to be studied and solved in the development of private education.For the research on the financing problem of private colleges,domestic and foreign scholars have explored and studied the theoretical basis,cause analysis,multi-choice and other aspects from different perspectives,and put forward relevant countermeasures.This paper starts with the core concept and theoretical basis of private colleges financing,defines the two concepts of private colleges and education financing in detail,and takes the public product theory,cost sharing of higher education,life cycle theory as the basic theoretical supports for the research on financing problems of private colleges in Henan province.In the specific research process,first of all,this paper focuses on the development of higher education in Henan province and the status quo of private colleges.Finally,it introduces the financing status of private colleges in Henan province.In the detailed introduction of the financing status of private colleges in Henan province,this paper introduces the financing channels and methods from Internal and external financing,based on this,this paper analyzes the main problems in the financing process of private colleges in Henan province: The financing channels are single and limited in scale,the financing cost is relatively high,and the financing environment is in urgent need of optimization.Then,this paper analyzes the causes of the problems in the financing process of private colleges and universities in Henan province.In solving the financing problems of private colleges in Henan province,based on the practical experience of financing of private colleges and universities in other countries and regions,this paper starts with financing channels and methods,focuses on the commonness and causes of financing problems,so as to put forward reference experience and inspiration in the establishment of financing law and policy system,government financial support,social donation promotion and encouragement,improvement of comprehensive development strength of colleges and universities,and broadening of financing ideas,so as to promote the solution of financing problems of private higher education in China and private colleges in Henan province.Finally,combined with the above experience and the development of private higher education in Henan province,this paper puts forward specific countermeasures to solve the financing problems of private higher education in Henan province.On the whole,based on the previous studies,this paper tries to put forward some effective measures to solve the financing problems of private colleges in Henan province in the new stage of development,and hopes to provide reference for the decision-makers of private colleges,solve the problems in the financing process,reduce the blind following,reduce the financing cost and improve the financing efficiency.
