For over 30 years reform and opening up, great changes have taken place in our society. Period of social transformation, the transformation of economic system is bound to cause a profound change in social and political, cultural and other aspects, this change reflected in the level of the students, is characterized by the conflicts of values and update. The subsequent driver of college students is the social development, their values, will affect the development of the society in our country in the future. Society is a process of constant change and development, the values of college students are influenced by social environment, also presented a dynamic development process, can show different characteristics in different period.In this paper, using the method of literature analysis, the combination of the finishing on the basis of a large number of historical documents, analysis the performance of college students’ values in different periods after reform and opening-up and the factors that affect college students’ values, summarized the characteristics of college students’ values in different periods, trying to gain enlightenment of college students’ values change, since the reform and opening up and lead the tactics of college students’ values change in.This assay concludes 6 chapters, firstly this assay describes the research purpose, research significance and research content, research ideas and methods and the analysis of the related concepts.
