Analysis On Role-model Education From Reforming Pioneers For College Students In The New Era

2018 marks the 40 th anniversary of reform and opening up.On December 18 of the same year,the General Assembly was held at the Great Hall of the people in Beijing.At the Congress,100 individuals who made outstanding contributions to reform and opening up were solemnly recognized,and the honorary title of "reform pioneer" was awarded.The whole society is called on to rely on the advanced deeds and lofty spirit of reform pioneer,to tell the story of reform and opening up,to tell the story of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and to guide college students to see wise thoughts,.Admire the avant-garde and learn from the avant-garde.Over the past 40 years or so,reform and opening-up has achieved fruitful results,and China’s position on the world stage has also undergone earth-shaking changes.Practice has proved that reform and opening-up is a great decision to make China "stand up" and will also be a key move to continue to make China from "stand up" to "get rich" and then "strengthen".Chinese dream,who realized the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,is the greatest dream of the Chinese nation since modern times,which requires the participation of tens of thousands of young people,especially college students in the whole process.However,due to the deepening of globalization,the links between countries are increasingly close,which facilitates the dissemination and infiltration of various social thoughts in the West.,and college students are in an important period of the formation of world views,outlook on life and values.The lack of more scientific and rational judgment and choice,and it is easy to be induced and captured by the wrong trend of thoughts.Carrying out reform pioneer education takes the advanced deeds and lofty spirit of 100 reform pioneers as the carrier,carries forward the spirit of reform and opening up,makes college students clearly realize their position and role in the tide of the times,consciously combine individual destiny with national destiny,constantly emancipate the mind,strengthens the urgency of innovation consciousness and knowledge renewal,and pays attention to the cultivation of practical ability,and so on.China is in a critical period of deepening reform in an all-round way.Carrying out reform pioneer education urges college students to realize their historical mission and responsibility,and pays an incentive and guiding role in improving the ideological quality,moral quality and professional literacy of college students.The article mainly adopts the method of literature research to introduce the origin of reform pioneer selection,the characteristics of reform pioneer education and its theoretical basis.Highlights the reform vanguard education is different from the traditional model education of the main characteristics of the times,in order to continue to comprehensively promote the deepening of reform,strengthen the reform and opening up,and set out confidence and determination to play an important role.This paper expounds the significance of carrying out reform avant-garde education from four aspects: the position of college students in the process of realizing national rejuvenation in the new era and the nihilism of refuting the history of reform and opening up to guide college students to understand reform and opening up correctly,the improvement of college students’ professional literacy and individual morality,and pointing out the direction for training what kind of talents in the new era.Bysorting out and analyzing the advanced deeds of hundreds of reform pioneers,we dig deep into excavating the spirit of reform and opening-up that reform pioneers have,and define it has the contents of reform pioneer education.They include a new spirit of reform,a spirit of struggle to overcome difficulties,a down-to-earth spirit of pragmatism,a people-centered value orientation and an international vision based on the country’s vision of the world.This part is the key and difficult point of the whole article.Finally,from the Ideological and Political Theory Course Teachers’ teaching Ideas,campus environment construction,college students’ self-education and from the publicity reform pioneers platform,the paper expounds the way to carry out the reform pioneer education.
