"Biology curriculum standard"(2011 Edition) for compulsory education in China of the biological experimental teaching in the subject mentioned hitherto unknown height. However,in the junior middle school biology experiment teaching, due to a variety of conditions, more difficult to smooth implementation of experiment. Based on this, the simulation experiment to become an innovative way of experiment in the biological experiment teaching, by improving the experimental method and the substitution of experimental material, creating more opportunities for students to practice.Biological simulation experiment is defined according to the principle of similarity by simulation methods, will imitate experiment object into the production model, use the model to replace the object of study, the actual situation of the simulation research object to conduct the experimental study, in addition to imitate the experimental object, also can imitate some experimental conditions for experimental study. Biological simulation and general biology experiment has its own characteristics compared to its characteristic is scientific, simulation,innovative, easy to control, economy and intuitive. The general process of biological simulation experiment to establish research object for the selection and induction(prototype)model, the model and the prototype under conditions similar to those in experiment, the simulation results and by analogy to prototype. The characteristics of biology based on simulation experiment, its special role is to become the important way to train students’ exploring ability, effective way to cultivate students’ thinking ability, the fresh material change of learning mode, an important method of breakthrough of biological teaching difficulties. To understand the junior middle school biology teacher cognition degree of simulation experiment, the development situation, whether personally create simulation experiment, as well as the encountered in the process of creating the simulation experiment of the difficult problems by way of a questionnaire survey of a junior middle school biology teachers were surveyed, laid the theoretical foundation for further creation of biological simulation experiment.Biological simulation experiment to follow the six principles of unique and precise in the creation process, namely scientific principle, heuristic principle, practical principle,security principle, principle of diversity and the principle of interest. In principle as the basis, to explore the five channels to create biological simulation experiment,namely the network search, literature reading, textbooks, consulting others and their own original. Summed up four steps to create biological simulation experiment, is familiar with the teaching materials, to collect data; mining knowledge point, positioning the experimental prototype; based on the prototype design, material, construction model; careful deliberate,repeated testing, to ensure reliable. By the people’s education teaching material of biology in junior middle school as a blueprint, create and present eight representative biological simulation experiment, and divides it into four categories, namely, model simulation, process simulation, phenomena simulation experiment and research simulation experiment.On this basis, through the method of creation and adaptation, the simulation experiment of all biology textbooks in assembly, a total of fifty eight volumes, and present according to the biological classification grade seven or eight, "junior middle school biology simulation experiment tries" to set formation. In order to detect the creation and buildup biology simulation experiment is practical, selecting a typical experiment of four types of a middle school in Shijiazhuang City had implemented. implemented, had carried on the reflection and improvement.
