As the most basic by means of exploring life activities,biological exper iment play an important role in biological teaching.Because of the problems of imperfect laboratory equipment and long exper iment period,biological exper iment teaching can not be carried out smoothly.In view of this kind of situation,this paper proposed an advise of application the virtual simulation exper iment in the biology teaching.To a certain extent the virtual simulation experiment can take the place of the traditional experiment in the area of lacking experimental conditions.In some areas where experimental conditions are available,virtual simulation exper iments can be used to show experimental operations and present microscopic phenomena in macroscopic form.This paper studies the application of virtual simulation experiment in exper imental teaching.The article adopts to many methods,such as literature analysis,questionnaire survey,interview,statistical analysis and case analysis and so on.They are used to analyze virtual simulation exper iment in biological exper iment teaching's possibility,teaching design strategy and application effect.Firstly,using literature analysis methods sort out relevant literature at home and abroad.Then this paper summarizes the related concepts,types and characteristics of virtual simulation experiment,as well as the research status and theoretical bas is at home and abroad.Then,a questionnaire survey and teacher interviews were conducted in XX School of Huaibin County.The implementation conditions,implementation s ituation,students' learning situation and the teaching status of biology teachers were analyzed to understand the possibility of using virtual simulation experiment in experimental teaching.Combined relevant teaching theories and teaching practices,this paper has put forward the application strategy of virtual simulation experiment in biology exper iment teaching in senior high school.For example:(1)Flexible selection and design according to the differences of lesson types;(2)According to the types of experiments,the methods of "virtual before real","real before virtual" and "pure virtual" are proposed.(3)According to the characteristics of students,it is propose that the class should take students as the main body to promote classroom generation.Combined with the new curriculum standard,the teaching design and teaching practice of the virtual simulation experiment are carried out in the textbook "molecules and cells".According to the results of the experimental class and the control class and the questionnaire analysis of the experimental class,it is found that:(1)Virtual simulation experiment can improve students' interest in biology learning;(2)Virtual simulation exper iment can improve students' autonomous learning ability;(3)Virtual simulation experiments can create flexible and intuitive teaching situations;(4)Virtual simulation experiment can improve students' biological learning results.Therefore,the application of virtual simulation experiment has a positive effect on biology experiment teaching in high school.In this paper explored the application of virtual simulation exper iment in biology teaching,hoped to promote biology teaching in senior high school and provided a reference for improving experimental teaching methods in the future.
