Group Work In Research On Migrant Children In Interpersonal Cognition Practice

Since reform and opening up, china has experienced an upsurge in the market economy and urbanization tides. Large number of labor swarm into big cities, leading to emergence of a new group-floating children. Floating children are mainly in early socialization period a critical stage which has a great impact on future development. The degree of socialization will affect their future life. Based on aim of promoting degree of socialization of floating children, this article discussed in three aspects to probe principle and method of positive growth from angle of juvenile social work:emotion control ability, interpersonal skill and ability to take action; thus, to test feasibility and efficiency of positive growth plan in interpersonal development field of floating children.This study found that:positive growth plan has a significant role in the flow of children interpersonal cognitive aspects involved in emotional control and expression groups, relationships, ability to act and other capabilities improved significantly. Promote the cognitive engagement of emotional self-control groups and peer groups emotion; in interpersonal relationships demonstrated a social acceptance and recognition of behavior.This paper consists of five parts:the first chapter introduces the origins of positive growth plans and a review of related literature; the second chapter focuses on the core concepts of positive growth plan involves third chapter focuses on positive growth plan a course of action, the fourth chapter floating personal development assessment for children; the fifth chapter, a summary of the positive growth plans and discussions.
