<3-6 years old children's learning and development guidelines>put forward:Children's emotional stability "and children's emotional pleasure,for each age adjustment ability put forward relevant requirements and recommendations.But in the development of children,teachers and parents have more experience and pay attention to children's cognitive development of water level,for children's emotional development concern the degree of shortage.In the process of teaching practice,the teacher found that training to children's emotional adjustment ability to learn and research not unified,sometimes on the children's negative emotion attribution errors,at the same time,the class is not reasonable teacher-student ratio,onerous paperwork will also make teachers often neglect the cultivation of children's emotion regulation ability.At present,the kindergarten education activity changes the collective teaching mode,theme based activities.Therefore,this study attempts to explore the emotional regulation ability by training kindergarten theme activities,to explore how to improve children's ability of emotion regulation in the activity,for the children's emotional education practice development provide certain adjustment ability.Theoretical basis.Based on practical research method,observation method combined with literature method,survey method and other methods to explore how to carry out the theme.In the emotional intelligence theory,constructivist learning theory,psychoanalytic theory,conflict theory,through the study found:children in their emotion,positive and negative strategies use the strategy is a kind of unconscious state,the teacher according to the development level of children's emotional regulation ability,design decisions<I theme my emotions>,and is divided into four small theme,respectively of the<I am not angry>,<I am not afraid>,<I am not sad>,<To be a happy baby>Through the collective teaching activities,regional activities,home with three ways to make children master the basic strategies of emotion regulation.At the same time,the study also used before and after the experimental class and the control class in the form of a questionnaire test,in order to understand the theme of the activities of children's emotion regulation ability development.Research shows that:through the development of theme activities on children's emotion regulation ability development has a positive role in promoting the campaign is one of the important ways to promote children's emotional development and implementation of the regulation ability of development and emotional education in a kindergarten.
