Overall, based on job satisfaction related theory, using methods of questionnaire and discussion, fully understand the TN the status quo of middle school education teachers’ job satisfaction, and from five different angles of TN improve highly educated middle school teachers’ job satisfaction opinions and Suggestions are put forward. The use of the more important account analysis tool is the heart. It is divided into physiological accounts, security accounts, social networking accounts, respect the child account and self-realization the five important parts. From beginning to end, this article from the five aspects carries on the questionnaire design, analysis, and gives countermeasures scheme.Improve employee job satisfaction, employee job satisfaction for effective management, is an enterprise or business unit is an important content of human resource management. Has a group of high job satisfaction and maintain loyalty to the unit staff, is an enterprise or business unit is the most core competitive power. Man is a unit of the most active molecules, human resources are the enterprises and institutions, the most important resources is the fundamental guarantee of enterprises development.And for schools, the main human resources is a teacher. So this article is to TN middle school in chongqing as an example, in-depth study of the school education teachers staff satisfaction score, find the factors that influence the employee satisfaction in employee satisfaction of the reasons of the low and deep analysis, finally gives the countermeasures to solve the problem, more advice is provided in the aspect of improving employee satisfaction.The core content of this article lies in the design of the questionnaire, distributing, statistical and analytical results, in the process of questionnaires, together with the visit discussion method at the same time, would like to get more accurate data and the results of the survey. And in the recovery of the questionnaire analysis, according to accounts in the heart of five account found TN middle school education teachers in in terms of safety, respect, social aspects of the score is higher, and in the physiological aspect and self-realization score is not so high. That is in the school take various effective measures, all aspects of improving employee satisfaction at the same time should be more focused on the physiological aspects of employees and self-realization, can let more people in a comfortable without too much pressure working environment, and can more embody their own value.Because ability is limited, time rush, this paper still have a lot to be desired, such as the sample size is too little, study in-depth, listed measures such as superficial, this is all we will strive to improve in the next step of research questions. At the same time, for TN secondary education teacher job satisfaction research can also be applied to all TN middle school teachers’ job satisfaction research all across the country, and even high school teachers’ job satisfaction research, it enlarge the scope of the research object, for our applied research results have important significance.
