The 21 st century is the era of knowledge economy, competition among countries increasingly fierce competition.In the 21 st century, the primarily competition is talent, but also educational competition. A good education is the foundation of the juvenile-taught, so education become the concern in the whole world and greatly creased investment in education, so that the status of education rising.New Curriculum Implementation already has more than 10 years, the student body of the play has been the focus of everyone’s attention. In the course content, structure, implementation, management, evaluation, etc. We have achieved good results. The new curriculum standards require teachers to re-examine themselves, change the past teaching concept and student concept, which we can see the importance of teachers, "the revitalization of the nation’s hope in education, hopes to revitalize education in teachers." As Continuous enrollment of college, the sharp increasing student number so as to the number of graduates in the job can not be settled, which leads to more graduates to participate in the teaching profession. Newly graduated students just embarked on the teachers’ journey, facing many problems, especially in the teaching of skills can not be used freely. Therefore, this paper aims to study the novice and proficient physical education teachers to make some suggestions for teaching sports skills development novice teachers.In this paper, in the course of the study methods are: literature survey, mathematical statistics and logical analysis. Through the survey found that middle school PE teachers should possess teaching skills can be divided into six areas: teaching skills, teaching management skills, teaching evaluation skills, sports coaching skills, research and innovation skills, new curriculum criterion required skills. Through questionnaires survey concluded:Firstly, the difference of novice and proficient PE teachers’ teaching skill is the objective existence, to the novice and proficient PE teachers have a greater impact on the implementation of the new curriculum criterion. The novice physical education teachers are transforming their own theory knowledge to skills, proficient PE teachers began to change the old thinking concept to accept new things.Secondly, The implementation of the new curriculum reform brings the novice physical education teachers pressure greater than the proficient. Mainly in the novice physical education teachers to comprehend the new curriculum criterion still at a low level stage, their teaching skills can not satisfy the needs of new curriculum criterion. There language expression, movement explaination, the teaching goal and the content choice, the protection of students with the help of the still and other aspects implementation need to be improved, the proficient’s implementation of new curriculum criterion would not be good.Thirdly, The implementation of the new curriculum criterion accelerate the transition of the novice physical education teachers to the proficient. The concept of new curriculum to help novice physical education teachers make the new theoretical knowledge into teaching skills. The student has a good recognition to the novice physical education teachers in the way of communication with students, the relationship with students in class, the atmosphere of the classroom, action demonstration, body language and other aspects. However, to go through repeated practice teaching skills and teaching management skills in classroom have somewhat less.The lastly, the novice physical education teachers displayed on new curriculum more adaptive ability. This mainly displays in: the standard degree in the teaching organization form, the multimedia using and the communication skills with students, which the novice have the same level with the proficient and lay a good foundation for a better follow-up and implementation of the new curriculum criterion. Some people in a part of proficient PE teachers still marking time or even signs of regression, and their working enthusiasm is not too high.After analysis, the novice physical education teachers in middle school teaching skills shortage exists reasons: First, the national evaluation system and mechanisms, the second is the issue of schools, the three is novice PE teachers’ own problems. In view of the current situation of teaching skills of novice physical education teachers, through analysis and discussion to make a few suggestions for novice PE teacher professional development of teaching skills: From the national aspect, one is the reform of higher normal education of countries, including improve college teaching conditions and the education of professional courses; the second is to reform and perfect the system of teacher qualification. From schools, one is constantly optimize the normal colleges and Universities’ teacher team; the sencond is to provide the conditions for the development of teaching skills for school in-service novice physical education teachers. From novice teachers’ self, one is to promote the new teachers’ self development consciousness internal driving force; the second is the novice teachers to constantly self reflection; the third is the novice teachers should be good at learning classic teaching cases.
