Investigation On The Junior High School Physical Education Teachers In Liaocheng City, Teaching Value Orientation

The value of teaching is the most basic problem in the teaching of physical education,to lead the behavior orientation teaching in the concept level, teaching practice, is animportant part of physical education. The sports teacher is the expression of the standardconcept of sports and health curriculum, curriculum implementation, student learningguide. So, consistent with the value orientation of value concept teaching PE teachers andsports and health course standard. This study used literature method, mathematicalstatistics, questionnaire survey and other research methods, different schools, differenttitles in different regions of Liaocheng City, a total of100male and femalephysicaleducation teachers, made research on the teaching value orientation. Results show that thedifferent gender of junior high school physical education teachers have significantdifferences in movement skill orientation, and male teachers than female teachersseriously,while no significant difference in other dimensions. Differences in the valueorientation of junior high school physical education teachers intitle, skill oriented expertteacher was significantly higher than that of primary, secondary teachers. There was nosignificant difference inother dimensions. Junior high school physical education teachers inurban areas were higher than the junior high school physical education teachersTownshipin skill orientation and fitness orientation degree. Economydetermines the level of teachingstaff, teaching environment, teachingresources and other factors. We can draw a conclude,economic level has certain influence to the teaching orientation. There was no significantdifference in the teaching value orientation of junior high school physical educationteachers in Liaocheng city in the year. This is nowthe mainstream in the presence of theteaching value orientation.
