Most school administrators recognize building school culture is important for a school to develop excellently and sustainable.But in fact,the programs of building the school culture always stop at the conceptual level, and don’t combine with the actual school into actionable operational measure. These programs are always too difficult beyond the capabilities of the members of the school;either too abstract to practice,or a lack of supporting reform measures to carry out.Through research, I find the factors,features,content and forms of expression in the school ceremony are an effective way to examine and diagnose the school culture and a very powerful starting point to build school culture.By improving cultural awareness of school ceremony and with three dimensional,open, dynamic and colorful school ceremony to change,show, shape and create the school culture.This study investigated the case of the school, school ceremony reappear vividly in the school development process and the status of implementation of the school,and the school culture appear in this period history presented. The conclusions enrich and improve school culture studies theory,while dynamic school culture conditions and school ceremony patterns,implementation of the intervention and management also have a certain supplement.
