Most school administrators recognize building school culture is important for a school to develop excellently and sustainable.But in fact,the programs of building the school culture always stop at the conceptual level, and don’t combine with the actual school into actionable operational measure. These programs are always too difficult beyond the capabilities of the members of the school;either too abstract to practice,or a lack of supporting reform measures to carry out.Through research, I find the factors,features,content and forms of expression in the school ceremony are an effective way to examine and diagnose the school culture and a very powerful starting point to build school culture.By improving cultural awareness of school ceremony and with three dimensional,open, dynamic and colorful school ceremony to change,show, shape and create the school culture.This study investigated the case of the school, school ceremony reappear vividly in the school development process and the status of implementation of the school,and the school culture appear in this period history presented. The conclusions enrich and improve school culture studies theory,while dynamic school culture conditions and school ceremony patterns,implementation of the intervention and management also have a certain supplement. This thesis is divided into six parts,the specific ideas are as follows:The introduction of this paper is mainly dedicated element dynamic presentation inspired author of this study. In the first chapter to explain the purpose, significance, background and reason of the research, but also for this research keyword "school culture, school ceremonies and carrier "to do the basic analytical concepts, but also illustrates the research methods used in this study; The second chapter is the literature review, an overview of the research status of school culture, school ceremonies, and analyzes the research problems in these also become a breakthrough point of this study. The third, fourth and fifth chapters is the main part of this study. The third chapter analyze real natural condition of school culture and school ritual relations through a lot of research,, but also reveal the current issues of cultural construction of schools and school rituals exist in the building, to pave the way for the fourth chapter;The fourth chapter is to analyze the reasons for the current problems existing in the construction of the school ceremony and school culture; The fifth chapter practice of building a school ceremony for the construction of schools and cultural carrier launched. In practice, the case study of this chapter, the school building as a carrier to reach a ceremony with field research methods ultimate goal of the school culture were elaborated. To study how effective carrier construction ceremony for the construction of school culture.The sixth chapter on the basis of the previous two chapters summarize the policy and principles reflect on the construction of the school ceremony.The innovation of this paper have two aspects:one is to diagnose the culture of the school by analysis of school ceremony, which is a new way to school culture and new diagnostic methods, both in theory and practice is an innovative and breakthrough; The other is the construction of this study, the ceremony for the construction of school culture carrier through the field of research, in which the school culture is blank for the construction of school culture provides a new idea, a new way.
