For the ceremonies that take place in the school field, most researchers often focu on the participant in the ritual participants but ignore the teachers who play a key role in it.In this study, the author devoted myself to directing the lens to the teachers in the school ceremony to exploring the teacher culture relationship with the rituals. In this study,an ethnographic method was used to conduct a two-month field survey in Z Elementary School.Prepare for class lectures, participate in various types of teacher meetings, and conduct large-scale school activities.Interviews are conducted to gain insights into the cultural patterns of teachers in their rituals. The study is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction, which explains and describes the research background. The second part is the infiltration of the teacher's culture by the school ceremony. That is,the teacher's participation in the collective large-scale ceremony affect the teacher's culture and the overall outline of the teacher's culture. At the same time,it explores ways in which the school communicates values and educational concepts at school level to teachers and enables teachers to recognize and perceive. The third part is that the teacher culture is revealed in the practice of the ritual. That is,in the actual education life, the teacher culture reflected in the ritual interaction between teachers and students.Teachers is also reflected in the meaning of the teacher culture. The teachers in this part of the ceremony are no longer the object of being disciplined and shaped. They are transformed into developers and action subjects who actively express and disseminate educational ideas during the ceremony. They also make new meanings in the ceremony and life connotation. The fourth part is those people who are hidden in the ceremony. The author focuses the lens on the hidden teacher culture behind the ceremony and the impact on the formation of the ceremony. At the same time, the author finds that in different ceremonies, teacher culture willappear in different forms to show a variety of teacher culture patterns. The fifth part is the summary and reflection. There is a two-way interaction between the school ceremony and the teacher culture.School rituals influence the participation of teachers through the layout of time and space, the formulation of different rituals and the differences in resource acquisition and use among teachers. They also communicate mainstream utterances to teachers in a careful layout and arrangement. In teachers' reflective practice, the educational concepts contained in the ritual are encoded and decoded by the ritual and then put into the real world of education, which affects the students and teachers. At the same time, teachers in each practice and response to the school ritual understanding and reconstruction. They are both causal and interacting. Thus, whether it is teacher culture or school rituals, the most important thing is to inspire the subjectivity of teachers, and thus need to consider the ubiquitous rights.Teachers should be able to maintain a clear understanding and perception of the culture they are living in so as to use the resources and rules of the teacher world consciously and effectively.Under the established cultural background, teachers stimulate and emancipate themselves from the inside out to the growth path of development.
