This article is a qualitative study on high school students peer interaction effects on class management.Adolescence is an important stage in their socialization, and their peer interaction as a process of socialization is an important part of the growth and it has great significance on development of young people hav. So the domestic as well as foreign, are aimed at students study a large number of peer interaction. At the same time, peer interaction between students is always throughout the their life. And the peer interaction has a great impact on class management, it also put forward new demands and challenges for teachers in class management. Therefore, in-depth study on the impact of peer interaction class management, will help teachers effectively through different means of peer interaction management. At the same time, using qualitative research methods to study the situation and trend under specific student peer interaction on issues affecting class management, as well as the development of educational research methodology.Therefore, as the theme of peer interaction to influence the management of the class, I carried out a qualitative study. This paper argues that, as a result of teachers’class management class contains various of aspects of management, there are also students learning all aspects of life. So in this article, class management mainly refers to teachers to students’ peer interaction interpersonal management. Furthermore, this paper chooses a high school class as a case study B middle school in Shanghai, from the student’s daily life in mind, with the researcher himself as a research tool, and use the qualitative research methods, from peer interaction standards, the presence of students groups, network of contacts and heterosexual intercourse and other aspects, to reflect the status of peer interaction as well as the characteristics of the class of students to found that the class of peer interaction and negative impact of active management. This article reflects the true state of relations between the students, and want to find a different implications for teachers to use peer interaction among students to improve classroom management strategies and provide recommendations.This paper argues that students’peer interaction is equal in the network and the reality, and the spatial distance is an important factor in choice of companions. Their mainly contacts between boys and girls is learning life dominated, and academic pressure will affect their peer interaction. On the one hand, these peer interaction has a harmonious atmosphere conducive to the formation of classes, conduct classroom activities. On the other hand they are likely difficulties in mobilizing seat, forming class cadre of small groups, while the phenomenon of excessive interaction between groups and cover the opposite sex.For such the influence, in this paper think that in the process of class management, at first teacher must fully understand students in class. And must to lay the foundation for coordinating student relationships. second is to properly manage the class of informal groups. The third, we should pay attention to the impact on the network environment interaction. And the fourth is to create diverse environment interaction in the class. Finally, parents and school should work together to help students establish good interaction outlook.
