This study is a narrative study on the influence of peer communication on class management.According to the division of developmental psychology on the development of people's life stage,the primary school stage is a relatively key stage in the whole life of students' individual growth.As an important link in the socialization process,peer communication in childhood has a significant impact on the current and future physical and mental development of individuals.Peer communication of primary school students runs through all the scenes and contents of children's life and study.From the perspective of primary school students' education and management,peer communication has a great impact on class management,and also puts forward a new management requirement for teachers to manage the class.Based on the fact that this study to observe students peer exchanges,field probing into the cause of the students form peer exchanges,research contents reflect the real state of interaction between students,found that students who are in the process of study,mainly study content game relationship is complementary,students' common interests through learning and game activities,family factors also affect the peer exchanges between students and teachers encourage or critical language directly affect the interaction between the students.These peer exchanges have resulted in the on-off and off-off atmosphere of the class,the negative behavior of the class management by the class cadre group,and the protection of the small group.The main reason is that the internal norms among peers affect students' behavior,and the attitude of teachers and their values of family communication affect students' peer communication.In view of such influence,this study proposes that teachers must first strengthen the study of theoretical knowledge,use professional methods to manage classes and help students grow;Secondly,teachers should respect and attachimportance to the development of students' personality,integrate the individual development of students into the class,guide students' correct peer communication,and form a positive group.Finally,teachers and parents should strengthen communication,timely understanding of students' state of mind,for the development of students to create a better learning environment.
