School Enterprise Cooperation Project Risk Management Research

School enterprise cooperation is closely cooperation between school and enterprise, which focuses on the development of students’ skills, employability and competitiveness, utilizes the educational resources and environment from school and enterprise. The cooperation will combine to take the form of classroom course and arrange the students to participate in the actual work, the study and the work with throughout the teaching process. It can train the students same as the employer with higher occupation skill and occupation moral. The project risk usually happens and maybe creates great damages to the project. Therefore, the school enterprise cooperation project risk management is very necessary and imperative.This paper in school enterprise cooperation project risk to research background, significance and research in domestic and abroad on the basis of this paper summarizes the current situation. We can use the basic knowledge of risk management, and correctly identify the risk in the process of cooperation, conducted by AHP the correct evaluation of the risk, and take reasonable measures to produce valid risk disposal.Risk management is a kind of managing activities through risk identification and balance, using proper economical and technical ways to deal with the risk by the least cost; is a process of knowing, assessing and adapting some ways for risk. Apply risk management in school-enterprise cooperation project, using the method of "check list" is used to identify the risk in different stages of the cooperation between colleges, and evaluate the risks and effectively improve cooperation quality, decrease the lost.
