| In recent years,the country about the reform of vocational education and vocational education informatization development issued a lot of documents,is explicitly proposed secondary vocational schools to intensify cooperation between colleges for professional information curriculum construction,in order to cultivate highly skilled comprehensive applied talents with enterprise industry demand,at the same time as living standards improve,people’s travel indirectly promote the development of the hotel,which requires more highly skilled service and high quality talents.Based on this background,the development and application of imaging curriculum tasks in secondary vocational education is particularly important.This research topic in the hotel guest rooms and service management,within the limits of course based on the background of university-enterprise cooperation,using the questionnaire survey,field interviews and other research methods,developed for the image of the course teaching course tasks,make the teaching task has typicality and authenticity,rich teaching resources,meet different teaching requirement,solve the problem of low student participatory learning enthusiasm,enhance the level of knowledge and skills and meet the needs of hotel service high quality talents.It provides reference and experience for secondary vocational educators and learners to provide systematic curriculum task teaching resources and other curriculum task development,and also provides materials and basis for the construction of school-enterprise cooperation Internet resource sharing platform.The research on the development and application of video-based course tasks based on school-enterprise cooperation is carried out from the following four aspects:First,the status quo and existing problems of school-enterprise cooperation course tasks in secondary vocational schools are analyzed and investigated;The second is the task development description of the video course with room Service and Management as the core content;The third is the construction and design of teaching mode oriented by the task of imaging course.The fourth is the application and effect analysis and summary of the anchored teaching oriented by the task of imaging course.Through the images of university-enterprise cooperation course developed with pertinence,practicability and efficiency of the task of the real scene,into a visual course tasks,assource of teachers’ teaching content,the biggest advantage into full play in the process of the implementation of classroom teaching and teaching efficiency,at the same time for asynchrony,long distance remote and online teaching sustainability of teaching resources.The following conclusions can be drawn from the teaching application of imaging course tasks:(1)Improve students’ interest in study,effectively solve problems such as disconsolate learning and confusion,and provide high level and high-quality service talents for the hotel industry.(2)Typical course tasks are presented by means of imaging,which can be used for offline teaching and sustainable accumulation of "cloud classroom" teaching resources.(3)Innovated the development framework and knowledge system of teaching resources by adopting the development mode of "enterprise live broadcast".(4)The construction and design of the teaching mode guided by the task of imaging courses can make the application of the teaching mode exert its maximum effectiveness,innovate the classroom teaching mode and optimize the teaching links,and meet the demands of the increasingly modern development of the teaching mode.At the same time,this study also has some shortcomings.For example,the task development content of imaging course is not deep enough and comprehensive.In the future,I hope to continue to study the deepening of imaging task development mode and content,improve the teaching quality,and realize the transformation of traditional teaching classroom organization form to the new type of classroom access form of "cloud classroom". |
