Shenyang Music College Graduates Employment Guidance

Times New Roman. Nowadays the employment of the university graduates is a significant issue; it concerns the development of the national economy, and the stabilization of the country. Meanwhile it concerns the development of the personal career, the realization of the value of life and the guarantee of better life. Our country has enrolled the expansion policy in higher education since 1999, it marks that our higher education is changing from elitist education to mass education now. With the development of the higher education, we have changed our higher education from elitist education to mass education; the employment guidance of college students is also becoming popular to more ordinary students. However, as the expansion of higher education scale, the university students’ employment competition is increasingly fierce, the employment has been the focus of widespread concern, and it has important influence on the healthy development of our higher education as well as the stability and unity of the society.This paper refers to the graduates of art universities, analyzing the present condition. We research the employment guidance of Shenyang Conservatory of Music, analyzing the existing problems, improving the employment guidance and the scheme of the guidance, specifying the direction of the employment market, improving the feasibility of the employment guidance and the employment rate and enhance social benefits.By researching, counting and analyzing, we conclude that the existing problems of the employment guidance of the conservatory of music have significant influence to the condition of the graduates’ employment directly, also, the reference guidance is incomplete and limited, and it cannot provide more comprehensive services for the employment of graduates. In this paper, we use several scientific methods from different faces to analyze the problems and their factor of the employment guidance of the Shenyang Conservatory of Music. In the end, we support advices and specific resolutions concerning the employment theory instruction, instruction of basis skill, the improved employment plan and enhancing the social effects.
