Innovation Research Of Job-seeking Guidance Services For College Graduates

As the development of Chinese economic and the annual addition of the graduates, the employment situation of Chinese college graduates is serious. The university is responsible of helping graduates obtain employment. On the one hand, the job-seeking guidance is provided only by the university in China, so the effect is not very good. On the other hand, nowadays private enterprise in china has adequate funds, they're glad to invest in public good. So how to construct an effective job-seeking guidance service is important. PPP(public-private partnerships)develops in 90's last century ,and was popular by many governments around the world. In the article, the author suggests the job-seeking guidance service can be provided through PPP mode.First ,in the article ,introduce the concept,advantages, different types of PPP mode ,and the relevance of PPP mode with job-seeking guidance for college graduates.Second, through questionnaire survey to get data about the employment situation of college students Then construct logistic model, analysis the factors which facts the employment. And research other articles to analysis the current situation of job-seeking guidance in China, and studied some experience from some developed countries, as America, Australia and German.Third, construct the model which includes the most important factors-job-seeking guidance, analysis the investment level and social welfare level in private mode, public mode and PPP mode., the results proves in the PPP mode ,the investment level is higher and the cost is lower ,and the social welfare is usually better than other modes.At last, the author suggests the job-seeking guidance service provided through PPP mode is necessary and feasible. And the private enterprise should cooperate with universities; the government should introduce policies to support the whole mode, the university should reform enrollment system, and the effort of the students is also crucial.
